The Business Systems Technology Program emphasizes performance-based competencies in both interpersonal and technological skills. BST strdents gain knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to become successful employees in today's fast-paced, global workplace.

Students are trained on the latest technological equipment using the most popular software applications in a modern office setting where they acquire needed skills for obtaining office positions or pursuing further education.

Business Systems Technology offers multiple entry and exit levels to accommodate re-entry and working students. Three specialized diploma tracks are offered, including: Administrative Assistant Diploma with Accounting Emphasis, Administrative Assistant with Customer Service Technology Emphasis, and Medical Administrative Assistant with Transcription Emphasis.
