Ollie the Otter likes teaching children about the safety's of riding in a car, using a seat belt or booster seat.

The Ollie Otter safety program is sponsored by the Tennessee Transportation Development Foundation,

a non-profit group established by the Tennessee Road Builders Association and the TRBA's Ladies Auxiliary. The

Tennessee Technology Center at Whiteville along with other Tennessee Technology Centers is volunteering to help

with this state-wide campaign.
